AcroYoga retreat i Italy

Come join us for seven magical days and nights in the unspoiled Sabine hills near Rome. This residential retreat will explore all three components of AcroYoga: Yoga, Acrobatics, and Healing Arts.
Daily Workshops will include asana, partner yoga, circle ceremony, therapeutic flying, acrobatic flying, inversion training, conditioning drills, Thai massage and more. There will be 5+ hours of daily instruction along with free time to explore the local area.
Less than one hour from Rome, In Sabina overlooks and undulating panorama of olive groves and fruit trees. The area is rich in sites of historic and natural beauty, including well preserved medieval stone villages. A local chef will prepare fresh home cooked vegetarian meals.
