The Elemental Immersion introduces the full spectrum practice of AcroYoga in a safe, supportive atmosphere. The mindfulness of yoga creates a steady foundation from which to explore the power of Acrobatics and the loving-kindness of Thai Massage. The interplay of all three disciplines will empower everyone to embody the practice with grace, ease, and joy. To get the most out of your experience, it is recommended to have some experience with yoga, inversions and basic basing and flying.

• Lunar & Solar Asana Sequences
• Supine & Prone Thai Massage
• Forward & Backward Therapeutic Flying
• Spotting & Inversions
• Acrobatic Training Techniques & Flying Transitions

Daily Schedule: 9am-5pm

This is a non-residential intensive, investment includes tuition only, housing and food are up to the individual.

All participants are required to come with their own copy of the AcroYoga Flight Manual, which is available for purchase here
